President Trump's National Security Advisor Tests Positive for Coronavirus

United States President Donald Trump's national security advisor, Robert O'Brien tested positive for Coronavirus infection, the White House said on Monday.

The White House confirmed that Mr O'brien has mild symptoms and he has been self-isolating and working from a secure location, adding that there is no risk of exposure to Mr President and the work of the National Security Council continues uninterrupted.

Bloomberg News first reported the news, which clarified Mr O'Brien came down with the Coronavirus after the family event.

The White House also conducted contact tracing last week after an employee tested positive for the Coronavirus.

O'Brien is the most senior White House Official tested positive for the Coronavirus, and the closest to President Donald Trump.
